Many successful performers don’t have Ivy League degrees, so there are clearly indicators of readiness beyond academic credentials. So, what is the comparative value of 15 years of experience? Does Experiential Intelligence deliver something a prestigious college degree does not? These are important questions to consider. From an equity perspective, we also know that both race and socioeconomics can unfairly limit education and career potential. This understanding helps companies recalibrate for and reconsider individual potential, while delivering improved access to untapped talent pools.
